For the second time this year, I attended a photography training workshop!
Why?
Because there's always something new to learn. The more I know, the better I become if I practice what I learned.
That allows me to enhance the quality of the products and services I provide.
This past weekend I joined the Charlotte Photography Club for a session on the rules of composition.
The class was led by accomplished photographer, filmmaker and educator Jordan Ellis (www.cinemahouseproductions.com) at the UNCC Botanical Gardens.
We had an absolute blast! There's a studio photography class coming up soon. I'm tempted to sign up for it 🤣.

About the "busy" past few weeks.
High school basketball season is right around the corner, and some (more) recent equipment upgrades made it sensible for me to get out every weekend to work out the kinks, fine tune my workflow, and make some improvements to my mixtape editing.
Fun Fact:
I have 75% LESS followers on TikTok than on Instagram.
But my content engagement on TikTok is 3-4 times HIGHER than it is on Instagram.
I wonder why? 🤔

Fall basketball schedules are popping up everywhere for charter schools, private schools, and CMS. I'm excited about the opportunity to get out and shoot and turn game moments into memories.
